Hi again. Sorry for all the updates!

So, I don't really wanna talk on this too much, just because I don't want to seem like an attention seeker or someone asking for pity. I'm not!! But I'm honestly going through a lot right now. Between the stuff with my cat </3 and how things just seem to be going wrong left and right, I'm not in a great space mentally. I'm trying my best to keep a positive mindset, but it's really hard sometimes.

I was also diagnosed with P.O.T.S a few months ago and that has really thrown me for a loop. I've had to make a lot of changes because of it. I had to change my diet, go on a bunch of different vitamins, and there's a lot of things I'm not allowed to do anymore. I can't do anything that will get my heart racing because it literally will not slow down. So, I can't dance that much or do my pilates or go for runs. It's hard because exercising was my favorite thing ever. Now I have no idea what to do with my time. I'm trying to find new things to do, but I don't know. 😭 It just kind of sucks.

Anyways, I mentioned this in my last update, but I'm not going to be posting very often for awhile. I'm trying to use this site less, and just stay off of my phone less overall. I really need to focus on my health and taking better care of myself, because if this year has taught me anything it is that how you care for yourself matters so much!!!

So, I'm going to bring my posting down to once a week. I hope that's okay with everyone.

Random story: I was making a motivation + tips Pinterest board earlier and I was saving all these inspirational pins that were all pics of Wonyoung, and I was like 'why are all of these Wonyoung??' So, I looked into it and discovered Wonyoungism??? It honestly seems super chill. It's all about self love and confidence. And I mean it's Wonyoung??? Hello?? I can't say no to Wonyoung 😤

Anyways, I guess I'm into Wonyoungism now... Hey, whatever keeps me motivated 🤷🏻‍♀️
