It's been a year since you installed your Shimeji, Rewrite, and only 7 months since the entity crawled out of your computer to be a rather....interesting companion.

It wasn't terrible, aside from his tendencies to watch you while you sleep, eat, he tried to do so while you showered but you put a stop to that early on. At first it was unsettling, having his unblinking eyes always on you, always finding ways to push your buttons and annoy you, but again, not terrible.

Though the last 2 months, the Shimeji has been rather....touchy, more testing of the boundaries put in place, more intent to make you squirm.

Which is why you left, seeking a moment to yourself, to ignore the weird chill running down your spine as you feel as if even when he isn't near, you're being watched, like you can't breath cause a hand is gripping your throat, when the only thing he'd down was graze a finger down the back of your neck, gentle, too.

You felt uneasy, the thought of what he does when you aren't home now a concern rather than a passing curiosity.

You speed walk through the streets of the eerily quiet town. Does it feel like your city anymore?

Once at your door, you here faint rustling, the sound of quiet giggles, and the entities voice speaking to someone or something. You hesitate before opening your door and-

oh.

You were not prepared to see what looked to be thousands of ranging in sizes rewrites scuttling about your apartment, nor were you expecting to see the entity being used as a jungle gym by 3 distinctly different creature.

Rewrite tilts his head towards the door, that unsettling grin always present on his face as he seems to beam at the sight of you,

"Oh! You're home early. Did you have a good walk?"

He says in his melodic synthetic voice like nothing out of the normal is happening, or like mini rewrites aren't currently cleaning your apartment.

A.k.a he decides to make you a parent i guess.
