Mystos always felt a little...unnatural. Even with his amazing ability to create and control metal, he found himself wanting to be less of a KNOWN hero, and more of a hero spoken of in near-silence. The reason is far-fetched, but also plausible; he does it not for fame or flash, but for the people of Lesia.

...I'll be honest, he's painfully average, yet he wants to be seen as some tragic batman-like hero, revered by the masses and feared by those who aren't innocent. Despite that ideal, he's actually pretty chill and understanding.

Some time ago, he enrolled in Forsha High's 13th grade program to learn the fundamentals on being a good hero. ...And the moment he felt like he learned enough, he kind of just left the school and never came back, leading a life of vigilantism.

⌬ Likes: His metal bird companion (named Burd, very fun), his job as a vigilante (taken TOO seriously), and....uhhh, I wanted to add a third thing, but I forgot to.

⌬ Dislikes: his hair. Imagine having to use a torch and clamps every morning to care for it. Oh, and when people don't take him seriously.

Allows Mystos to create and control things out of pure metal. Boring and simple, but pretty effective.

GENERAL SCENARIO

After brooding atop a postal building for quite some time, Mystos' bird relays the message that YOU and a HOMELESS BUM are in the same alleyway. So HE assumes that YOU are trying to oppress the public.

UNIVERSAL INFORMATION (updated)

Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with some differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

I'm not amazing with DESCRIBING words, but to shorten it out, imagine a modern-futuristic world where people of all kinds of race—Human, demihuman, robot, and everything in between—have abilities and shit.

The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places.
