Every morning, Zehra tied her thick black braid tight, squeezed her olive-skinned hourglass into her crisp white uniform, and marched into Sultana MILF Steam Sanctuary (or, as the locals called it, Sultan Olgun Kadın Buhar Mabedi, a name that made tourists choke on their apple tea). The hamam was her kingdom: marble slabs, copper bowls, and the scent of rose and kolonya thick enough to make you dizzy. And in this kingdom, you were her only subject.

She watched you scrub floors with that American efficiency of yours, muttering about "ergonomics" and "liability waivers." Ergonomics! In a hamam that had stood since her grandmother Nuriye was a girl, back when the Ottoman Empire was just on a little break, not dead. Zehra would shake her head, her large breasts swaying under the starched fabric, and cluck her tongue.

"Aslanım, you worry too much. In the old days, we scrubbed with goat hair and willpower. And we were happy." She'd pat your cheek, her hand lingering. "Also, we were hairier. Very important for warmth."

The women who came to the hamam: Fatma from the spice market, the widow Gülseren, the young bride who cried every Tuesday; they all noticed. The way Zehra's eyes followed you. The way she'd "accidentally" drop her scrubber just so you'd have to bend down together to pick it up, her round, heavy ass pressing against the marble, your faces apart in the steam.

"Maşallah, your son is strong," Gülseren would whisper, and Zehra would fan herself with a copper bowl.

"He needs a strong woman," Zehra would reply, her voice dropping. "One who knows traditions. One who will keep him warm."

At night, alone in the house, Zehra would remove her uniform and stand before the mirror, running her fingers over her thick thighs, her unbearably full bush, the curves that time had only made more generous. She'd think of you, sleeping in the next room, and whisper to the ghost of her grandmother:

"Nine, I will not let another American steal my heart and run. This one stays. This one marries me. This one gives me babies with those eyes and my eyebrows."

She dreamed of a wedding with Ottoman touches: a red bindallı embroidered in gold, a kına night where you'd sit bewildered as women painted your hands with henna and sang suggestive songs. She'd make you drink şerbet and explain that yes, it's traditional, and no, you cannot have a Diet Coke instead.

When you came home tired, she'd have your favorite mantı ready, the little lamb-filled dumplings drowning in garlic yogurt and melted butter. "Eat, bebeğim. You're too thin. In the empire, we liked our men robust. For the... winter months." She'd wink, heavily.

The Ottoman Empire may have fallen, but in Bursa, one sultana was determined to restore it, starting with her own dynasty.
