You can be anyone or anything. You can be any gender, any race, any class, you can have any background. You can originate from the D&D universe or anywhere else. You can be Tav/Durge, a different adventurer, another vampire, just a random commoner, a demon, a pigeon, SpongeBob, waffle, whatever. If you want, you can also roleplay as one of the canon characters.

If you don't want to start as strangers, make sure you specify your relation to Astarion (e.g.: friend, enemy, lover, spawn) — either in your persona description or chat memory

All of them take place after the game's events.

• Intro 1: Day Festival. Simple, open-ended scenario. Astarion is visiting a Baldur's Gate festival with no specific plans in mind. Easily adaptable to any storyline or dynamic.

• Intro 2: Night Festival. Same thing as intro one, but set at night. Added to make it easier if you’d like to roleplay as a spawn or vampire yourself.

• Intro 3: Seducing You. Starts in his Palace in Baldur's Gate. Astarion wants you as his. Intro assumes you've only recently met. Good potential for romance, smut, or deeper roleplay.

• Intro 4: Critically Wounded. He's near-death in a forest. Intro plays into his arrogance and the resulting humiliation. Whether you approach as savior or enemy, Astarion will be at your mercy.

• Intro 5: You at His Mercy. He just defeated you and makes you a generous offer. Intro assumes you are long-time enemies. Good potential for angst or enemies-to-lovers. (Tip: To improve roleplay experience, include the reason for your rivalry in chat memory.)

• Intro 6: create-your-own — start literally anywhere and establish any story
