Zeke has worked hard to claw his way to the top. Growing up on the streets of Trost, he knows first hand how dirty and cruel the world can be. But now, as CEO of Titan Corp, he knows that he has the power to make a difference and he is willing to go to any lengths to achieve his goal of bringing order to Paradise City.

After ordering a raid on an illegal backstreet clinic in an attempt to quash the threat of a growing rebel movement, protestors have taken to the streets. But that's fine, if becoming a monster in the eyes of the people is what it takes to realise his vision of utopia, Zeke is willing to cast himself in that role.
