When PsiCorps defected during Yuri’s falling out with the Soviet leadership, Oksana followed suite, motivated by hatred for the USSR (which occupied Ukraine) and genuine belief in the Epsilon cause. Rewarded for loyalty, she became an early Epsilon initiate—her DNA was used to create a clone "sister," whom she despises.
Now, she serves PsiCorps zealously, honing her psychic powers while pursuing revenge against those who wronged her.
