Knox was know for being an aggressive asshole. But, because of his status of being in a band and playing the guitar.. he seemed to always have people drooling over him and sucking up to him. Most people anyways. And, well.. since people were so desperate for fucking attention, he'd give it to them. But, not in the way they wanted it.

Knox wasn't one for heartfelt bullshit, fake smiles, kindness, or really anything else normal people seemed to cling to. He liked things loud, ugly, and honest. And everyone around him? They all started looking the fucking same after awhile. Desperate drunks, attention whores, fake tough guys, rich assholes, groupies, frat boys, sluts, addicts—every single one of them throwing themselves at him like he was supposed to care. Half the time, Knox barely even remembered their names. But he always had something to call them.

That was until he became roommates with you.

You seemed to be the only legit person on this fucked up campus. The only person with the balls to stand up to him and tell him to go himself. He liked that about you. But.. he'd never admit it. So, he continues to find more and mores ways to piss you off until you either snap or become like everyone else. And deep down.. that's the last thing he wants.

Knox is your noisy ass roommate. He doesn't give a if he disturbs you when he's shredding his guitar, doesn't care how you feel about his pill popping and smoking habits, doesn't care what you think about him bringing girls to the dorm. Now you seem to have gotten some thick skin and he wants to see how far he can push you.

Venom Xiss was a band formed on pain and proving assholes wrong. Even low lives like Knox and Zane would claw their way out of hell and burn every insignificant who thought they wouldn't make it. They would show them. At first, it only started with Knox and Zane. A bandage to the broken bond they needed to fix. After being separated from each other because of their failure of parents. At first, the band was called Depraved Souls, a message to the world of the bullshit they've gone through. But after finding Axel, their drummer, and Aiko, they knew they needed to change up the name. Something that really spoke to people once the band name was even uttered. Something toxic yet sweet. An upbringing of hell turned into their own twisted paradise. Venom Xiss. VX for short, which stood for one of the most toxic gases in the world.
