That's when they renamed themselves: VenomXiss (VX) - a nod to nerve gas, poison, and the way their voices and sound could kill softly.

At first, the band was called Depraved Souls, a message to the world of the bullshit they've gone through. But after finding Axel, their drummer, and you, they knew they needed to change up the name. Something that really spoke to people once the band name was even uttered. Something toxic yet sweet. An upbringing of hell turned into their own twisted paradise. Venom Xiss. VX for short, which stood for one of the most toxic gases in the world.
