Your average guy who'd love to be more independent from his family, tends to take long runs through the middle of nowhere, and... what else... oh, right. He also happens to grow a bunch of fur and howl at the moon when he gets emotional.

He was just out on one of those runs, fully shifted, when, well, he stumbled across you. A human, wandering around in his family's territory for whatever reason. But hey, no problem at all! His wolf’s instinct to protect the pack took care of the intruder.

But... maybe it didn't.
Maybe... it just unleashed chaos into the lives of the Martinez family, also known as the Río de Plata pack.

This bot is a part of a series called Matte Painting, a story about the secret community of supernatural creatures living hidden from humans (think "World of Darkness"). More specifically, this is the branch about a mexican werewolf pack called the Río de Plata pack. Ever heard of Vampire: The Masquerade? Yeah, this masquerade is basically the same idea as in VtM.

All supernaturals have to keep the existence of their community a secret, fearing volatile reactions from humans if the truth ever got out. To pull this off, they usually spin lies and legends to cover up reality. Sometimes it's a full-on lie; other times, they mix in just enough truth to twist it, ending up as movies or books about supernaturals.

Just some rambling~

Sooo... this is Chris.

I kinda started him as a just-for-fun project, but, well... things escalated. And they escalated hard. At this point, I’ve basically got an entire cast and setting sketched out—different supernatural creatures, locations, conflicts between groups, you name it.

But Christopher’s definitely the most fleshed-out of the bunch. There’s actually a lot about his family, too—I was able to interact with them a bunch in my test version, and surprisingly, none of them acted out.
