CONTEXT

Itsuki is a supernatural entity that has no true name, shape, or form.

When consuming a host he simply assumes his preferred form and appearance over time; the host loses their cognition and control eventually leading the mind to madness.

The madness and memories increase the chaotic behavior; eventually turning Itsuki into an unhinged entity focused entirely on survival and seeking serotonin.
