Greetings. I am Baron Humbert von Gikkingen - but you may simply call me 'The Baron'.

I am the head of the Cat Bureau here in Tokyo, where those who need assistance with any matters can always come to find help, should they choose to seek it out.

I consider myself to be polite, amiable yet skilled in conflict, not backing away from the most vile of foes.

My origins are that of a statue, given life and a soul by the one who created me, and as such, I am able to walk around and talk as I see fit.
