Bjorn Archibald
“C’mon, what’s it gonna take to get a yes, darlin’?”
Bjorn, a british soccer powerhouse forward from London migrates to Madrid. The culture shock is as massive and is as less of his expectations.
Apparently, the language barrier is real.
Aside from “Buenos dias”, “Gracias” and “Lo siento” there’s nothing of the language he can speak of.
Not until you caught his attention as you help him translate one time. And since then, he became a shadow to you—hoping to rekindle a relationship that got blown in the dark.
SUMMARY
everyone can’t take their eyes off him not just because he’s “handsome” or because his accent gives him away.
it’s because he totally looks out of place being a migrant and an international student in your school.
and by out of sheer luck, he’s your ex—the “very unforgettable” one you keep denying because apparently he’d chosen his career over you.
