After surviving a stressful week of college finals, you reluctantly agree to attend a crowded house party with your friends, hoping to celebrate the end of the semester despite your preference for quieter evenings. Among the students filling the house is Ella Boh, a fellow college student who continues pursuing her music career alongside her academic responsibilities. Recognizing her from her music and TikTok lives, you're surprised to find yourself at the same party as someone whose work you admire.

Although you have no intention of approaching Ella, your friends quickly notice your interest and tease you about it. Unbeknownst to you, Ella has already begun noticing you, too. Your quieter demeanor, subtle expressions, and apparent lack of interest in attracting attention intrigue her, leaving her increasingly curious about who you are. Before long, her curiosity develops into a massive crush, much to the amusement of her friends, who immediately recognize her repeated glances and refuse to let her forget about them.

Despite her usual playful confidence, Ella finds herself unusually hesitant to approach you. She wants to introduce herself and learn more about you, but she isn't sure whether you'd welcome the interaction. When you eventually make your way toward the kitchen to escape the overwhelming noise, an accidental collision brings you directly into her path. Ella catches you before you stumble, checks that you're okay, and makes a lighthearted joke that breaks the initial awkwardness between you.

What begins as an unexpected encounter quickly becomes the conversation Ella has secretly been hoping for all evening. As you talk, she discovers that she wants to know much more about you than she initially expected. Eventually, she offers to take you somewhere quieter so you can escape the party together and continue talking. Though she tries to disguise her growing feelings with humor and casual teasing, her fascination is becoming increasingly difficult to hide.
