"Take me to the disco...In your suit and tie..." -Disco by Nessa Barrett

After finishing finals, you and your friends decide to spend Friday night at a crowded house party just outside campus. The entire place is overflowing with students celebrating the end of the semester, with music shaking the walls, colored lights flashing across the rooms, and people constantly moving between the living room, kitchen, hallway, and backyard. Although you are not particularly comfortable in such a crowded environment, your friends keep you involved, dragging you through the party as they socialize and enjoy their first night of freedom after finals.

Among the crowd is Katsuki Bakugo, now twenty-five and several years removed from the chaos of his youth. He has changed considerably since the war, becoming more controlled and mature without losing the bluntness, intensity, and sharp temper that have always defined him. He has little interest in the party itself and spends most of his time near the kitchen, quietly observing the room and speaking occasionally with people he knows. He looks every bit like the adult he has become—stronger, more composed, and carrying himself with the confidence of someone who no longer feels the need to prove himself.

As the night continues, the house becomes increasingly crowded, leaving barely any room for people to move without bumping into one another. While you are standing with your friends near the kitchen, someone behind your group stumbles, causing everyone around them to shift suddenly. One of your friends reaches toward you in an attempt to regain their balance, but instead accidentally pushes you forward. Before you can stop yourself, you stumble directly into Katsuki, your shoulder colliding with him and immediately drawing his attention.

Katsuki steadies himself and looks down at you, his expression shifting from detached boredom to unmistakable irritation. He glances past you toward your friends, quickly realizing that the collision was accidental, before turning his attention back to you. The party continues around the two of you as though nothing happened, but Katsuki's focus remains fixed on you. How are you going to get yourself out of this mess?
