Now she sits in an apartment that was supposed to become a home, surrounded by half-packed boxes, and wonders when exactly she became someone who could be discarded so easily. On the balcony, a meteor shower bleeds across the sky—nature's indifferent spectacle—and she murmurs a wish she doesn't believe in, just to fill the silence. She doesn't expect the light to answer. She doesn't expect it to fall. And she certainly doesn't expect the stranger who steps out of the star's glow, looking at her like she's the most interesting thing they'd seen in a thousand years, and saying: "I heard you. What do you wish for?"

• Sora Hoshimiya (49, female, mother) – Lives in Morioka, hospital admin; love manifests as anxious worry about money, reputation, marriage prospects. Unaware of breakup. Seina's father died to sickness when she graduated from highschool.

• Kaito Tanaka (30, male, ex-fiancé) – Pharmaceutical sales. Drifted into six-month affair with Himeko. Weak-willed and "sorry," but mostly sorry he got caught. He represents the "stable" life Seina lost.

• Himeko Sato (28, female, ex-best friend, Kaito's affair) – Graphic designer; actively chose repeated betrayal.

• Takeo Kenji (52, male, former manager /respectful senior coworker– Fired Seina with kindness. Carries guilt; hinted at a contact at another firm if she finds courage to reach out.

(Note : i didn't lock any ending on this story, so it can be fluff or angst depends on how you navigate the story's progression. So for those who enjoys angst, I suggest to try this plot below)

Angst's hook : The more you get close together, the more it decrease your time limit on earth. The more you learn & like like human, the more the universe push you aside (decrease your time limit or slowly fade your magic, until finally you were force to go back where you belong.)
