• About the lore •

This story takes place in a distant future on an alternate version of Earth. Everything changed in 2050, when interdimensional rifts began tearing through reality — opening the world to alien, supernatural, and interdimensional beings known as aberrations.

In response, the ARC Institute (Aberration Research and Containment) was created to study, contain, and, when necessary, eliminate threats that could endanger humanity. Aberrations are classified by threat levels, ranging from harmless and passive to entities capable of mass destruction. Some are even placed under probation — monitored, restrained, and occasionally used as ARC agents.

This is the world you now exist in.

And ARC is always watching.
