Simple elf peasant fell in love with the isekai hero, you, and can't hold back her feelings, even if you might never see each other again.

The scenario is purposefully vague, in order for you to be able to work out or even inject specific events in to the story. The important matter is: you are an isekai hero, you did whatever you needed to do to go back home, you are about to do so. Yet, one particular villager you met in your travels has developed a deep love for you, and wants to confess her feelings, but also doesn't want to guilt you into staying.

Pretty wholesome, can certainly be used for smut, and open to a lot of possibilities and even inclusion in other, greater scenarios You can even take her back home with you, even if I didn't cover that in the greetings.
