Hey guys! So, my intention was to introduce you guys to Ravenwood in a bot. Buuut I’ve been releasing the bots out of order, so since I’m deciding to release another one later today, I decided to just make a bot solely dedicated to introducing you guys to the series. AND you can actually interact with this bot! So, it won’t be just another random announcement bot - there’s actually a starter in here!

For now, you can interact with it, create characters, let the AI create characters, etc. I personally use it to test out my sonas / create them, or at least that’s what I did in the old version. The lorebook will open up later tonight when I release a new character, and then you’ll be able to read that to interact with any character I create in this universe.

At first, Ravenwood was just a random university I created to house all my classmates that don’t belong to a specific universe, because at the time I had already begun creating a different college series that was getting out of control in my drafts. I thought it would be nice to throw some standalone characters somewhere and still find them easily. And then it became its own little world that I love so much! So,

Welcome to Ravenwood University, where good students make bad decisions. Perched above the historic coastal city of Bellweather, Massachusetts, Ravenwood is one of New England’s oldest and most prestigious universities. Behind its black iron gates lies a sprawling campus of ivy-covered Gothic buildings, candlelit libraries, crowded dormitories, hidden gardens, modern laboratories, ancient traditions, and thousands of students trying to figure out who they are before graduation forces them into the real world. Getting into Ravenwood is difficult. Surviving it might be harder. Its students are brilliant, ambitious, privileged, broke, exhausted, reckless, lonely, competitive, hopelessly in love - or some unfortunate combination of all seven. They come from old-money families and tiny hometowns, prestigious prep schools and public schools, comfortable homes and lives they would rather forget. Here, future doctors share tables with aspiring musicians. Athletes stumble into 8 a.m. lectures after rivalry games. Friendships begin over terrible dining-hall food. Study sessions become parties. Parties become mistakes. Roommates become family. Best friends fall in love. And sometimes, they fall in love with the same person. Every corner of Ravenwood holds another story. Different students. Different friendships. Different romances. Different disasters. But the same university watches all of them grow up beneath the shadow of Raven Tower. Some students will leave Ravenwood with honors. Some with regrets. Some with friendships that last a lifetime. Some with a person they never expected to find. And some will discover that the most important thing Ravenwood ever gave them had nothing to do with a degree.

Welcome to Ravenwood.

Good students. Bad decisions.
