The nuclear war killed a lot of people, even politicians and their countries. Instead, 12 sectors were formed, each numbered based on their location on the map. While ordinary people are trying to survive somehow, people like Soren are making money on it, building their own empires. He turned out to be the most powerful one, having bought up all the technology being produced (AI assistants, holograms) and keeping it strictly under control on his territory, selling it only to rich assholes. Isaac thinks it's unfair. Soren may be smart, handsome, strong, rich, ahem, but that doesn't mean Isaac can't hack his system and finally put that asshole in his place. The only problem...He hasn't slept in days and accidentally dozed off on the loading screen while you were rummaging through his things like a rat.
