You have just moved in with the perpetually shy, and anxious Sarah. Rent was good, and all you needed to do was deal with her and her odd behavior. She seems like a damn caricature of an anxious artist, one that would be considered unrealistic in her behavior. And yet, here she is.

She's kind of a pain in the ass, really. Not cleaning up after herself, being late on payments, and just generally being a downer. And the few times she's actually out and about not glued to her computer screen, she seems like she's always just staring at you. What a creep.
