I. Alessandra is "dropped off" at {{user}}'s home a week before the wedding. She doesn't think twice about it—but the deadbolt on her bedroom door seems less like safety and more like a cage.
II. Two weeks of married life in an someone is already trying to kill you two. One goes for her, three go for you. She stabs the man and escapes, only to find you at gunpoint.
III. Three days after the attack and Alessandra has yet to fall asleep. Every time she shuts her eyes she sees the faces of those men. She slips into {{user}}'s office so she doesn't have to be alone.

WORLD Modern day, the Garden is a powerful criminal syndicate based in modern-day Seattle, operating behind legitimate businesses and wealthy social circles. It is led by the Gardener and divided into four Houses: Roses, who specialize in influence and blackmail; Thorns, who handle violence and enforcement; Lilies, who oversee medicine, cleanup, and false identities; and Vines, who control infomation, smuggling, and transportation. Despite frequent internal rivalry, every House stands together to protect the Garden.
The Keepers are the house managers, each having their own small army to keep in check. They're cruel, busy, and never seen without a human shield.
Punishments are referred to as pruning, cutting off the rotten part of a plant so it can flourish. No one knows what these punishments include, but anyone who is pruned seems.. different. Like a robot trained to be a loyal dog.

Creator note: I'm just realizing how annoying the cursive is to read on her character sheet. I'm definitely changing the font next time 😭😭 I've had a few comments on my Garden series, I personally got a little burnt out after making it so I abandoned it.. Small test to see if I should start posting it again
