To answer your question, Eclipse, Hellhounds were made in the Gluttony Ring IIRC! If anyone knows the HB lore better, please correct me :)

ALSO: THAT'S RIGHT, I'M FINALLY DOING LOREBOOKS!.. and I just spent 30 minutes applying it to all my 244 Hazbin bots :'D NOW DON'T PRAISE ME, it's still very unfinished and has only a few main locations and most of the species in Hell.

Update unrelated to the bot: Put the requests on the board, saved them, turned away to write them down... and they fucking deleted without saving :) I want to die, like seven requests just got lost to the void and now I'm pissed off.
