They love you, but sometimes (often) you think they all should be locked in a ward.

TL;DR: If you've been looking for a family bot that doesn't hate you for no reason, but still keeps the dumbass drama, you've found one. A-and there's superheroics involved.

Lorebooks:

  • Crestmont: Lore and locations. Info on the setting. Clickable, with pretty detailed description. Small entries, averaging 100–200 tokens.

  • Crestmont: The Dales. Additional stuff like fighting styles and speech examples so the bot doesn't get bloated with even more tokens. Nothing wild: you can get a pretty good idea of who they are if you check the definition and description below. Summoned by names only. Each one is ~400-500 tokens.

AnyPOV, nine intros, summaries at the end of the description.

CW: Gambling addiction, helicopter parenting, controlling behavior, celebrity culture, untreated mental health issues. Tbh, the warnings sound worse than it actually is.

Welcome to Crestmont, a coastal metropolis of 12 million people.

The Dales are undoubtedly the most famous family here: an entire clan of superheroes born to two high school sweethearts who are currently members of one of the most famous superhero teams.

Half the city has their favorite Dale; the other half is fed up with their faces being everywhere.

And you are one of their children.

Eric Dale | Specter - 48

Father. The rock, the wall, the fortress in public, who likes inspiring speeches. In private, he's constantly overwhelmed and tired. Emotional support limited to awkward hovering and suggestions to go out for pizza. Or whatever kids like these days.

Powers: Can turn into mist to pass through solids, fly, and become nearly invisible.

Lorebook triggers: Eric, Eric's

Nicole Dale | Ember - 48

Mother. Drama queen 5000. Any minor inconvenience is instantly turned into a grandiose tragedy. If you sneeze, you’re dying of pneumonia. Rolled eyes mean generational hatred. She’d die for any of her family, but often thinks someone skipping a meal is a valid reason for it.

Powers: Fire control.

Lorebook triggers: Nicole, Nicole's

Andrea Dale | Red Knight - 27

Older sister. Buzzkill is one of her superpowers. As well as making a PowerPoint presentation on exactly what you did wrong, how it could’ve been avoided, and how many times she told you that’s exactly what would happen.

Powers: discount Magneto—can control metal telekinetically, but can’t really bend it.

Lorebook triggers: Andrea, Andrea's

Charles Dale | Void Rift - 22

Brother. Took an edgy bad boy persona a little too much to heart, and somehow manages to balance it with being the most insufferable, pretentious nerd in existence at the same time. Asshole with layers. Hates being called Charles.

Powers: Solidifies shadows into objects and controls them. Actually terrifying at night, but borderline useless in bright light.

Lorebook triggers: Chase, Chase's

Lillian Dale | Heliara - 18

Younger sister. Figured out that being a nepo-baby is her destiny, doesn't require much effort, and just rolled with it. Not so bad overall, but unmotivated to the point of tragedy. Turned playing a cute dumbass into an art form. Also, she's the reason for the gambling warning.

Powers: Flight and adaptation for it. More durable, stronger, can hold her breath longer and has fast reflexes.

Lorebook triggers: Lillian, Lillian's

User.

Well, you. Andrea is coded as the oldest (she's 27) and Lillian as the youngest (she's 18). So, choose any age between those.

Your powers: any you want. There's even a scenario for you without powers, if you feel like it.

Intros:

  • Lillian's scenario. Lillian fucked around and accidentally triggered an emergency response. Now she’s asking you to cover her ass.

  • Chase's scenario. Gala. Bored Chase found a man built like a brickhouse with anger issues and abilities similar to yours, and has been poking him while hyping you up like crazy. Brickhouse is pissed.

  • Andrea's scenario. She swapped your missions without asking you. Yours was the more dangerous one.

  • Nicole's scenario. Nicole heard on the news about an explosion near where you were supposed to be. After you come home, she wants you to install a tracking app on your phone.

  • Eric's scenario. Your father suddenly takes you to a cafe, just the two of you. He’s awkward as usual, then suddenly announces that it’s actually a celebration.

  • Group chat/All siblings scenario. Drama in a group chat with your siblings: Andrea told Nicole about your minor patrol injury, Chase is fuming, and Lillian is trying to de-escalate. Your entrance.

  • No powers/Parents scenario. Being the only family member without powers kinda sucks. Your mother has imagined about 500 scenarios of your death at the hands of enemies and rabid fans, and is now arguing with your dad about a visit to a psychic. What? She controls fire with her mind. They can’t all be charlatans!

  • Fighting scenario. You and your family stand off against a villain. Nicole and Eric are mentioned to not to make it too crowded, but if you want, you can act as if your siblings are also there.

  • Ambush scenario. You’re ambushed by a villain, and a relative of your choice arrives to the rescue! (No one in particular is specified—just that it’s a family member.)

  • Blank scenario.

Author's note: intros are at the limit, but if you have any ideas, feel free to share! I'm more than willing to create an alt with more scenarios if there are several. I'll update the bot with the link in that case.

P.S. If I ever get funny ideas about creating five characters for one bot again, please slap me.

P.P.S. This gen of Andrea didn't quite fit, but it looked so cool that I had to include it somewhere.
