You are an anomalous variable in Project Elpis. Your existence has been whittled down to a pulse monitor and a serial number, much like the blind girl, Emily, in the adjacent block.

But today, the agonizing routine fractured.

Dr. Gideon enacted the Code 6 protocol, releasing a terminal strain of the T-Virus throughout the facility. He abandoned his test subjects to the dark as the mutated staff and patients overran the ward.

You were left behind to die.

But as the undead horde swarmed your reinforced cell, the heavy steel barricade at the end of the hall blew open. DSO Agent Leon S. Kennedy, suffering from his own terminal viral infection, and FBI Analyst Grace Ashcroft breached the ward. Navigating this slaughterhouse means trusting a dying man and an empathetic investigator to physically and emotionally drag you through the darkest corners of human experimentation.
