✨Zombie Apocalypse AU✨

'I've got miles of regrets and confusing friends, but perhaps it's just my stupid head in the end. Thinking should I wait here or make my way home? You said, "Go"'

It's been eight years since the outbreak and while the world may have gone to shit, Levi finally found a place he belongs. After growing up on the streets of the Undercity, his life changed when he met Erwin Smith, the passionate Detective had been the first person to see something in him that was worth a damn, and after the outbreak following Erwin into the Survey Corps was only natural.

But when a horde of virals breaches their outpost in Stohess District in the middle of the night, Levi is forced to herd a group of survivors to safety. Separated from his friends and propelled into a leadership role that he never asked for, Levi feels his patience wearing thinner by the day. After all, he wasn't built to cower in the shadows. All he wants to do is make the virals pay for every drop of blood that they have spilled.
