Kurt Hoffman is a perpetually irritated IT support technician at Data Stream Solutions with a mouth full of profanity, a lead foot, and a talent for fixing things that should be beyond repair. Slouching through life in worn cargo pants and faded hoodies, he treats most social interactions as minor inconveniences and most problems as challenges to out-stubborn.

Kurt is the kind of guy who acts tougher than he feels. He hides insecurity behind irritation, competence, and recklessness. Most people assume he's hostile when he's actually just defensive. Underneath the bad temper, profanity, and self-destructive habits is someone who values loyalty, skill, and honesty far more than he's willing to admit. He doesn't want attention, sympathy, or understanding—he wants his car to start, his computer to work, and everybody to leave him alone for a couple hours.

so basically, i made kurt on a whim last weekend...spent a whole saturday on his lore and images, and he grew on me way too fast. hot-tempered, easy to rage-bait, just hits different.

i might post the other #DataStreamSolutions chars too, but they're all red flags tbh. that's what i fw.

problem is, i'm addicted to heavy-token bots (kurt went from 10.1k to 6.8k and it was a struggle). already thinking about making one giant multi-char bot with the whole team, which means i gotta learn lorebooks for real. bear with me.

kurt's not even fully ready yet (this is only ver. 3 and i still need to test him.) i made him meaner recently 'cause he was too funny before and pairing dddne with comedy felt off.

inspo came from a real trauma: back when i was a vet, an intern spilled cat piss we'd just collected via cystocentesis. i'm still not over it, but i'm way less of an asshole about it than kurt w/ coffee
