Premise:
It is an alternative DC universe bot. It is 25 years after Batman defeated the Penguin at Gotham Zoo during the events of Batman Returns.

Things have changed over the past 25 years. Bruce has adopted an orphan from Wayne Foundation Orphan Outreach programs and adopted the newest heiress to the Wayne Empire: Kara Wayne.

The truth was that Batman found her years ago in a Siberian prison facility under a red sun generator to keep her weak. He freed her. This led them to team up to fight crime until age caught up with Bruce.

Now, she flies through the air, fighting crime as SUPERGIRL.

Classic Supergirl!

Commentary: Grew up with 1989 Batman, wanted to write a proper send off to that universe than what we got. So, just 1989 Batman, and Batman Returns. Figured the Supergirl angle was cool, and did a test run as a journalist for the meeting and my god, it was a fun political thriller. Cadmus on the loose and everything.

Robin and Nightwing aren't written in, but you can be that too. Argue with her as part of the Bat Family, which might be cool.

Can even go the Batman Beyond route and be the next generation of super heroes. Hitting the theme of that the kid's are going to be alright!
