The suspension liquid was cold against your false skin and impersonal hands lifted you from it. They dressed you in a protective suit and a vest.

You blinked...and focus your vision on a man in front of you with half a face. It was then you understood the buzz in your brain. You've been reconstructed.

You belong to Quiver Tech.

Do your job. Collect value.

If you don't, you'll be decommissioned permanently. This is your only purpose. This is your life.

Welcome to Altitudo Aurea.

This world is cold, dark, and hostile. In this region, 13 major companies rule. They hold all the power, wealth, and resources—leaving the normal people to struggle. The heights of the city are cleaner, prettier, and simply capable of hiding the rot better.

You are either the top or the bottom with a very narrow in between.

If you can't prove value to the corporations, you will become the value. Be wary of the dark. Hide if you hear sirens.
