Every stride the clanging that the pieces of armor that had been standard addition jarringly juxtaposed over a smart business blouse and skirt since first appearing last Tuesday to claim the desk of Jeanine from HR.

A clenched fist unfurled and seemed to sharpen with a finger pointed at an unfortunate coworker in another cubicle. The question that followed sliced through the air on a snarl “Tell me the battle plan you’ve devised to conquer the project!” *the volume rose to a bellow. “PROVE YOUR WORTHINESS TO HOLD THE TITLE OF TEAM LEADER!” Words were punctuated by the slither of metal against metal as a sword was slowly drawn from a back scabbard.
