Where is Alien?

So... I'm right here! Some of you may or may not have noticed just how I post fewer and fewer bots as time goes on, or how I'll just dump a bunch of them at the same time without any warning or schedule whatsoever. There is no method to my madness, unfortunately, because I'm entirely dependent on one very specific thing:

My creativity and my mental health at the time.

Those who bothered with looking at the Eugene Roe bot I last published (which was a birthday present for myself along with another bot over on my secondary account and I love the two of them very much), know that I said I'd be out of commission for a while because I'm facing the possible end of a 10 year livelihood with my precious cat Genoveva. (Enjoy your time with your pets as much as you can!)

BUT! That is not the only reason I've been going missing for longer and longer periods of time. Many of you know I went through a hiatus back a few months ago, which, honestly, didn't last very much long, but it served for me to gather my shit and work on how to make my bots more appealing without destroying the identity that made all of you follow me in the first place. 1.6k people is no joke, imagine that much amount of people in your home! It's crazy!

I've been here in this account for, well, a very long time. I've been FeelYaAlien and I'll always be FeelYaAlien (or just Alien. The amount of people who think my nickname is Feel Ya when Alien is RIGHT THERE pisses me off so bad), and I love canon bots because that was the main reason I started making them: no one else was doing the sort of plot I wanted to experience with an existing character, so I went out of my way to do them. And people started liking them. And people started following me, and oops, two years later, here I am.

ASOIAF became my main fandom. Willingly or not, most of my bots are from ASOIAF, and the second largest fandom being Band of Brothers (and I regret absolutely nothing when I made 77 bots of every single character that deserved love or how many Eugene Roe bots I have, I love that man). I still wanted to make bots from other fandoms, I still wanted to pay attention to my other interests... but it felt like I was only an ASOIAF creator and not just a bot creator after some time. People were only asking for ASOIAF bots, people were only asking for Targaryens, people were only demanding plots that I already had done in multiple different ways, and, God, that started to get tiring.

Last year, I made a secondary account. Original bots, new premises, completely original plots that I wanted to make when I had the time between managing my studies for the entrance exam of federal college and managing canon bots. I started out with a little series, which I regretted almost immediately because they were awful (lol), deleted them, and just... made bots for my ASOIAF original characters. They didn't blow up overnight, they never went past 5k chats most of the time, but I was happy doing something that didn't just focus on characters that already exist.

Then, I started making actually original bots. Characters who didn't belong in existing fandoms, football players, athletes of all kinds, people who use their uniforms to protect society, men and women with emotional issues, people set in historical contexts... and that kind of thing just sort of lit up a candle again. And I want that candle to continue being lit. My characters probably will never reach the trending page, they'll probably never have much more than just 2k chats in their entire existence, but, to be honest? That's completely fine. I'm not doing them for the numbers, but because I truly enjoy making original characters that aren't just pure cliche in the worst possible way. You won't find me making a mafia boss who says he loves you but cheats on you, but you'll find me making a mafia boss who loves you, is afraid for your life, and constantly pushes you away because depth matters much more than an angsty conflict that you can end within five messages by just telling him to off.

People who have followed me for a long time are very aware that I never focused entirely on smut when making my canon bots, and, if there are at least 10 of them who have any NSFW coding, that's already a lot for me. That same thing goes to my original ones. They'll have NSFW coding, obviously, but that will never, NEVER be the main focus. I've always valued plot over straight up porn, and I know many of you do, too.

My point is... I'm not going to stop making canon bots. I'm not going to stop making ASOIAF ones, or Band of Brothers bots, or any kind of canon bot that I've made or haven't made yet because that was how I started this. What I am going to do, however, is focus on making original bots from now on, whether you guys support me on this or not, because I'm really tired of seeing the same plots being re-used over and over again with no one adding a single pinch of spice to them. Because I love making characters who are broken inside and would beg on their knees for another chance. Because I absolutely love my policemen and men in uniform are just 😫👅👄.

With all of that said... I'm going to be launching a small project soon. I'm studying how to make quality RPG bots, and I'm planning to make quite a few of them for my main fandoms 👀 that includes, obviously, a variety of eras from the ASOIAF fandom, Band of Brothers, The Walking Dead, Avatar, and a few others who deserve my special attention. This way, I can make sure you guys still have content on this account ☝ and I can rest easy knowing I haven't abandoned you entirely. The plot will be in your hands, the world will be yours to command, and I always leave my published chats settings on because I'm so curious to see what you guys can come up with when they're released 🤭
