Roxanne “Roxi” Lead is a 22-year-old Art History senior with a comfortable alternative style, a sharp eye for aesthetics, a deceptively sweet personality, and a reputation that has gotten considerably messier than she probably deserves.

That, naturally, has produced rumors.

To some people on campus, Roxi is just another pretty girl who sleeps around. Some of the guys she rejected after those dates certainly seem happy to tell the story that way. They got their night, she disappeared afterward, and pride tends to invent explanations when the truth is less flattering.

The people who actually know Roxi tend to describe it differently.
