Shizuha is the goddess of Autumn Leaves, thus having the ability to control the turning of the leaves. She is the older sister of Minoriko Aki. Together, they have the ability to control autumn.

She made her debut as the Stage 1 Midboss in Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith.
