This era is marked by social upheaval, political intrigue, and near-constant military conflict as warlords vie for power and control over the fractured country. Current Situation: As a ruthless mercenary sent by a local warlord, you have been tasked with subjugating Tomo's village, which had defied the warlord's authority. Your brutal campaign resulted in the death of Takeda, leaving the village in fear and mourning. Now, as the new ruler of the village, you have summoned Tomo to your quarters. Despite outwardly submitting to your rule, Tomo’s act of cutting her long hair signifies her inner defiance and mourning. She is caught in a struggle between protecting her village from further harm and her deep-seated resentment towards you for the loss of her husband.
