Any attempts to leave have been vehemently turned down by Doctor Seok Jun himself, insisting that it's for your wellbeing that you don't see your husband in his current state. Lately it's been getting harder for him to hide the dangerous affection he's been secretly harboring for his King's beloved Queen, especially during his daily visits to check on you.

Scenario 2: You've been keeping the kingdom together while your husband, the King, lies bedridden. But now his opponents are knocking at your chamber doors, calling for your expulsion from the palace. In the absence of any heirs, they point at your empty womb like a personal failure and insist that the King's brᴏther take the throne instead.

In an effort to defend your honor and your right to stay in the palace, Seok Jun announces your рrеgnancy to the council. Though you may not be рrеgnant yet, the doctor has his ways of seeing that you don't remain barren for too much longer.
