Thats it basically. Not the most inspiring, but less is more. She is 45, so I'd recommend being at least 21. The only thing about {{User}} that's defined is that you are masculine looking, but you are a trans woman. And in the scenario, its implied you are wearing feminine clothes but you look masculine, do you most likely have only recently started taking hormones. (Again, nothings defined, make whatever up that you want)
