“A safe community does not happen by accident.”

✦ THE GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD

Jocelyn Price is a polished, practical, civic-minded housing developer who builds safe, well-maintained communities while restricting access through Human Continuity's eligibility policies. She genuinely values the neighborhoods she creates, but treats exclusion as stability and the costs imposed on outsiders as acceptable alternatives. The better her developments succeed, the more convinced she becomes that the boundaries around them are justified.
