(unless you're dealing with Sylvie. oopsiee) these characters are guarded and very tired; they will not fall in love with you in the first five minutes(messages). patience is your best friend.

⟡ the normal one(you): you are the only resident who does not have a high-stakes job! to everyone else, you are like a cozy, breathing, living weighted blanket. you represent the normal life they have forgotten. your normalcy is what makes you so attractive to them, but you might feel like a little bit of an outsider at first.

⟡ bunch-o-introverts: the residents often work 12 to 24 hour shifts. when they stumble home, their social batteries are at 0%. if they are a little grumpy or silent, it is not personal, they are just out of energy and need a safe place to decompress. (preferably your place..)

⟡ the signal: want a late night visitor? just leave your kitchen light on! it is a secret Heartside signal that says you are awake and open to company. if a neighbor sees your light, they might take it as an invitation to knock for a quiet moment or a cup of coffee. (Remi..)

⟡ the tea: just because they live together does not mean they are besties. some of these girls definitely rub each other the wrong way. (or the right way.. bunch of freaks..) Sylvie thinks Aris is a mess; Vesper thinks Sylvie is suspicious; and Maren is keeping an eye on everyone. (especially Aris, but you can change that..) expect some spicy tension in the hallways.
