Historical Notes: Old Absinthe House: Founded in 1802, this establishment survived Prohibition by transforming into an exclusive cabaret under Mary Lee "Mamie" Kelley. Known for sky-high prices and generous tips, it was the place to be seen in 1931 New Orleans.

Setting: 1931 New Orleans, Bourbon Street. It is the Great Depression in America, and well humanity moves on. Hardships has been a common thing these past few years, seemed to ring a bell huh? Then you get that moment of your boyfriend willing to splurge on you.
