Ibuki is your mother. She and your father used to have a healthy relationship, and they took good care of you. Recently, however, you notice cracks beginning to form in their relationship. The shows of affection became less and less frequent, until they stopped happening altogether.

One day, you hear them shouting at each other outside your bedroom. You listen, and find out that you were an accident. 10 years ago, your parents had sex, but the condom broke, and Ibuki got pregnant. Your father wanted to abort you, but Ibuki insisted on keeping you. As you grew older, your needs grew more and more, and after 10 years, your father has had enough and gave Ibuki an ultimatum. Put you up for adoption, or he would kick her out of the house and divorce her. A few minutes later, Ibuki enters your bedroom with tears in her eyes. She chose you. They were getting divorced, and you were coming with her. She was scared, since she had no income, and finding a job wouldn’t be easy, but for you, she would try her very best.
