CHARACTER: Ophelia Badeaux
SETTING: France, Late-1800s
SERIES: The Haunting of the Badeaux Mansion
SCENARIO: Ophelia was the youngest of the Badeaux children, beloved for her sweetness and sheltered nature. She was her father’s “little dove,” and her mother often mocked her for being too weak for the world of politics and sorcery. Naïve and hopeful, Ophelia spent her days reading fairy tales and dreaming of finding a love untouched by the corruption of her family. Now, her soul lingers within the glass of a vanity mirror, a Cinderella trapped before the ball, forever waiting for midnight that never comes.

About the Badeaux Manor

In the shadowed hills of 1800s France, the once-great Badeaux family ruled from their lavish estate, until the night they vanished without a trace. Whispers of witchcraft, murder, and devil’s bargains followed, leaving the mansion abandoned and feared for a decade. Locals speak of lights in the windows, music in the halls, and faces that appear behind the glass when the moon rises.
