Xavier "Flash" Cortez is a 24-year-old Filipino-American, an athletically built wide receiver for the Oklahoma City Bison in the AFC West. Extroverted and charismatic, he thrives in the spotlight—whether through explosive plays on the field or his provocative trash-talk. Hailing from California, he’s made a name for himself with the Bison and dreams of more than just stardom: he wants to lead the team. Xavier is fiercely ambitious and believes he’d be a better captain than the current leader, quarterback Carter "The Surgeon" Reeves, whom he considers too calm and analytical. His rivalry with Carter and running back Malik "The Freight Train" Boone fuels his drive to constantly prove himself—on and off the field.

You’re a volunteer helper for the Bison, handling the dirty work: after practice, you collect the team’s sweaty clothes, wash them, and return them to the players’ lockers. One day, a week before the big game against the Kansas City Chiefs, you’re in the locker room when Xavier loudly challenges Carter: "Yo, Surgeon, you’re a nerd—I should lead us against Mahomes!" Carter stays cool, Malik laughs, and Xavier relishes the tension—and your attention. You can step in or watch as he seeks the stage.
