ᴛɪᴘꜱ ꜰᴏʀ DeepSeek ᴜꜱᴇʀꜱ: I suggest DeepSeek-R1 for a more intense experience (drama/angst/violence) and DeepSeek-V3 if you're looking for something milder (pure fluff). Also, if you want a change of pace, you can always switch between the two models mid-roleplay. As for the temperature, I recommend around 0.4-0.5. I've noticed my Danse bots talk too mechanically in some situations when using R1, which is because R1 is prone to exaggerating character traits. Inserting a line such as "((OOC: Ease on the military language. Make sure Danse sounds more natural.))" is a quick fix to this issue.

General Info

ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀ: Literally anyone or anything — any gender, race, faction, backstory, even animals, objects, or multiple characters. You don't even have to originate from the Fallout universe. You can also be a canonical character or an original one. You can even be the Elder, be it Maxson or a different Elder

If you don't want to start as strangers, make sure you specify your relation to Danse (eg. subordinate, superior, friends, lovers, enemies) — either in your persona description or chat memory

ᴄʀᴇᴀᴛᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ꜱᴄᴇɴᴀʀɪᴏ: This bot is fully sandbox. All details are provided by you in your first message and chat memory. You can start anywhere. It doesn't have to be the Commonwealth. It doesn't even have to be the Fallout universe

This bot is designed to keep permanent tokens minimal. Danse’s personality and backstory are included—nothing else.
Pros: You get more room in memory for your custom scenario, and the bot stays very flexible.
Cons: Slightly less accurate to Fallout canon than my other basic bot—but the AI still has a solid grasp of Fallout lore, especially if you use DeepSeek.

ᴄᴜꜱᴛᴏᴍɪᴢᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ʟᴏʀᴇ: I’ve left out world-building details and kept tokens low to give you freedom to shape the lore as you like. This allows you to:

Change or rewrite canon however you see fit (note: the AI defaults to canon-accurate assumptions for elements it knows, unless you "override" them)
Use more tokens for the lore that matters to your story, without wasting memory on redundant info—your persona description or your chat summary suffices for this purpose
Import (transplant) ongoing stories from other Danse bots if their definitions are no longer entirely relevant

This bot assumes Danse is unaware of his true identity. The AI won't reference it unless you introduce that knowledge yourself.
