THE REALM OF AUSTRASIA
After the Great Sovereign War, the once-mighty realm of Austrasia lay in ruin, its thousand-year darkness leaving behind only five surviving kingdoms: the Kingdom of Carlis, the Imperium of Dawn, the Kingdom of Brimstone, the Kingdom of Lirhen, and the Duchy of Tovest.
The land was scarred, its people weary, and its rulers suspicious, yet amidst the devastation, a single, untouched artifact emerged—a scroll bearing a prophecy. The prophecy foretold that during the reign of the child of the final sovereign who fought in the war, a savior would arise. This individual would pledge allegiance to the kingdom in need and grant the Kingdom dominion over all of Austrasia.
