so real talk: this is a direct tribute to a bot on c.ai by @Flowermurphy09 — because without that bot, I never would have gotten into COD in the first place. yeah. for some reason, the c.ai search algorithm kept recommending their bot to me until I finally fucking caved and checked it out. my thought was "I don't know any of the characters or lore, but if this bot is well written, then it should at least be fun for a while."

...and here we are now. I fell down the rabbit hole. read wikipedia pages, bought both trilogies (though I haven't played much bc christ this is not my genre), dove into more bots first on c.ai, then here. it's a brain slug that infected me and I have no hope of escaping.

so in honor of hitting double digit followers (you guuuuys! I love you so much!), I figured I'd share the plot hook that brought me to the dance in the first place — complete with the same art, even! (I happened to find it on danbooru, lol. the artist is credited below, of course.)

I'm also planning a series of these as a "one for him, one for you" deal with each of the boys. (see below.) hopefully that sounds fun for you guys, because I know I'm gonna have fun making them!
