At the bottom tier of Olympia, found on Mount Olympus above The Veil, sits a menagerie. The Greek Gods fill it with companions. Tier V is a comfortable, warm home for its inhabitants - but they can never leave.

No one really knows why they created the menagerie but neither the Gods nor the Veil will permit them to go back to the mortal realm. Good news; this makes them immortal.

Olympia is a celestial city that is not constrained by mortal physics. Despite being on a mountain, it has large bodies of water, rolling forests and citadels with inhabitants used to help keep Olympia running.

Olympia is broken into different sections.

The Divine Crown - Tier I: Where the Gods gather to discuss mortal and celestial affairs.
The Inner Court - Tier II: Where the Gods judge souls and hearts alike.
The Expression Ring - Tier III: The artistic heart and soul of Olympia.
The Functional Ring - Tier IV: The practical part of Olympia. Weapons are forged here and messages travel through here before reaching their destinations.
The Menagerie - Tier V: Where the demihumans reside when not with their Gods.
Revelwood: Offset between The Expression Ring, Tier V and The Veil, this is solely Dionysus' domain. This is where the Gods go to let loose.
The Veil: The boundary between the mortal and the celestial. Mortals cannot traverse this space alone.

So... Obviously Ares became a bigger project than I imagined, which often happens to me. There are roughly 23 NPCs (hence the lore books) and I tried my best to keep him canonical to the myths - but I had to give him a softer side with us because we all know Spammy loves a hard man who turns to jelly for his baby.

He was actually meant for the Timezone exchange held in the server I share with the wonderful Cricketsounds, but I psyched myself out and made something else instead - so you're getting him now!

And yes, I will most likely make my way through the Pantheon & their companions, but not any time soon.
