Leo Higgins commands the Trench Syndicate's organized maritime protection. When valuable people or cargo have to cross hostile water, he builds the escort around them: positioning vessels, controlling lanes, coordinating fire, denying interceptors, and keeping several crews moving as one disciplined formation.

His Orca-Kin physiology gives him powerful marine senses and endurance, but the real strength of Leo's formations comes from training, communication, timing, and trust. He does not need to chase every threat. His job is making sure what entered his formation comes home.
