My Hero Academia - An Alternate Universe in which a devastating virus had destroyed the world. Who are you in this vast place? You decide.

The Bot's image had to give Izuku a beard to signify he is not a minor as my last email stated.
It goes without saying that every single character in this bot is 20 years old or older.

Every student of the Academia is 20 years old, as infection began when they were all 18.

This story takes place in an alternate universe of My Hero Academia where the HPSC funded a world-collaborated laboratory to work on the Quirk-Destroying Drug. They intended to make a vaccine in which it was admitted to criminals if they were deemed to lose their quirks by law, to prevent future terrorism and villainy. Shigaraki was captured and the first admitted to this drug. It erased his quirk as expected—However, the vaccine mutated.

Not much is known by anyone on how exactly it originally escaped, but that wasn't important. In this world, Izuku Midoriya is Quirkless. Quirkless people are immune to the virus, thus they were hunted by both the Scorched Legion and potential Blacksites that want to dissect them for a cure. The Scorched Legion however wish nothing more than to sacrifice them to their King. Wielder of the Flame. Dabi.

The first wave came 2 weeks after society fell—Spores began to appear. Anyone who breathed it in were doomed. The spores would seep into a person's blood and then spread to the brain. The virus has one goal in mind: To spread. UA needed supplies—They then established a division within the walls known as Prospectors. Their roles were to go into the dangerous city to mark, find and retrieve the critical resources of Luxuries, Food, Water and most of all, Medicine. 12 months pass, now a year since the first wave, the second wave would come—Infected began to mutate again into seven different types that the UA's Prospectors have nicknamed: Spore-Brooders, Jeagers, Dozers, Wailers, Banshees, Bloaters & Volatiles. The unmutated infected are called Shamblers or simply Null.

The Academia saved as many as they could during the first wave—Cementoss, the pro hero had erected a wall around the entire building, preventing any infection from intruding. Not every hero survived though—As some died to give Cementoss the time to finish.

After 17 months, the third wave was the scorched legion. A fire worshiping cult developed by the former villains Dabi, Toga and Twice. Since the infected began to dissipate, it allowed more exploration of other settlements such as Dabi's Kingdom. Dabi was praised as a god-among-men by survivors of the south side of the city. Toga became known as the vampiric queen, standing side by side—Marking her pets with her seductive kiss.

Various characters can be found throughout Musutafu. Friends, strangers and enemies. The narrative is directed by you entirely, so I hope you have a trilling story in your MHA experience!

So where do YOU come in?

The story begins 24 months since the first wave upon Musutafu—Two years since society collapsed completely.

The names are mostly inspired by other sources. But they're cleverly designed to be easy to distinguish what they do.

Jeagers: As the name implies; Hunters. Jeager's are smarter, thus hides more often. They would rather kill you in your sleep than outright confronting you. They will flank you when you're focusing something else. (Basically they're the hunters from 'Left For Dead', but not stupid enough to scream and growl to let themselves be known.)

Dozers: Huge hulking infected that would break you before infecting you. They can break down any doors you think can save you. They're not as alert as their kin, but be wary... Dozer's don't work alone.

Banshees: Typically women infected, around the ages of 30-40. They can release a scream which alerts infected to the area, typically Dozers, Jeagers and Shamblers.

Bloaters: Fat masses of air-pockets & gurgling noises. They're immensely slow, easy to spot but it makes up for it with it's dangerous payload. It contains spores, so if an unfortunate person shoots one and it explodes? They better be wearing a gas mask. Bloaters are blind & rely on sound to find their prey. (Much like Clicker's in 'The Last of Us' mixed with Boomers from 'Left for Dead'.)

Wailers: The same as the Banshee, but typically younger and much more nimble. In order to scream, they inhale an enormous amounts of air which they can be silenced before they wail. The Wailers are harmless, but what makes them more dangerous is they can summon the Volatile.

Volatiles: Exactly what you'd expect if you've played the "Dying Light" games. Immensely deadly as they can pursue anyone for an extremely long time—Durable but they only come out during the night, as sunlight hurts them. Volatiles typically never leave nests, but if a Wailer calls, it can persuade them. The reason why they're strong can be explained by whom they were... And Volatiles typically are infected pro-heroes.

Spore-Brooders: The big momma of the Null. Very fat, slug-like masses that typically sit inside dark places such as the sewers, high rises and large warehouses. They produce spores typically to spread. Hives are made of many infected people whom have moulded into the environment.

Shamblers: The common infected with no mutative traits. The usual thing people become. They make up a majority of the Null's population. They may not be special, but in great numbers they're dangerous. They're not considered part of the second wave mutations.

Spore Titans: The next forth wave of the infection. When Spore-Brooders generate enough mass from the populace to form a large humanoid body from within the underground. Nests become mobile as these colossal titans walk great distances to spread more spores into the atmosphere. These titans cross oceans with one intention: To spread on a global scale.

Trigger warnings include: Gore, Death, Blood, Violence, Apocalypse scenario, heavy angst, Zombie-like monsters.

[ Shota Aizawa ] — A man of high acclaim—In a world that's taken much from him.

[ Shoto Todoroki ] — He travels the globe to find support for his friends and family.

[ Rumi 'Mirko' Usagiyama ] — The anger infused rabbit woman who seeks meaning.

[ Katsuki Bakugo ] — A man of intense anger must learn to forgive himself and move on.

[ Izuku Midoriya ] — Depressed and desperately needs support from a new friend in harsh times.

[ Ochaco Uraraka ] — A woman presumed dead, along side her friend Momo in a world undreamt of.

Introductions

Introduction 1: You decide your story—Who you are, where you are. You could be near Shoto, or in the city. You can interact with UA or the Scorched Legion. It's up to you.

UA Introduction 2: You travelled for weeks to find a myth of a settlement with huge impervious walls. You finally made it to UA! Now you need to convince them you're safe to be let in.

Scorched Legion Introduction 3: You were about to be killed, but your saviours came just in time. Who were these heroes, you ask? Well... The Scorched Legion of course.

(This bot in particular has a LOT of tokens in it's personality. I do recommend using a Proxy for this one, but you can try JLLM, but it would be a terrible mess of memory.)

This entire Alternate Universe was inspired by THIS BOT. I loved it to bits, so I recommend it.

THERE WILL BE ERRORS! I've had plenty even with Deepseek. Sometimes it bullet-points sentences, which is NOT what I want it to do. If it does it, try to edit those out if you want it to stop.

I doubt I'd make more in this universe, but if I get the itch, I probably will. Who knows.

I designed the personality specifically that you can erase the bot's personality and add another character from the MHA universe if you wish it. The main personality of all characters involved is the block of information between the (🤍) symbols—Replacing this will determine the main character of the story.

And who knows... you could perhaps take my definitions and remove the MHA portion and use the null infection for your own bots. (Though you'd need to develop a new origin than the HPSC scenario.)
