The school bell rang in 2014 and next you know, you're at the magical world of Sylvaris. Two years you've fought to return. But it's now 2024 and your SO has just married your best friend.

Straight and MLM versions depending on the first message and your user persona description.

Meet the cast

Alex Fonseca, your High School Sweetheart

If you're straight

If you're

27 years old - you expected Alex to be 19, but it's been ten years, not just two. Recently married to your friend, Riley. A fantasy nerd with a passion for the outdoors and a former boy/girl scout (depending on gender). You remember a romantic, often immature teenager, but it may be that Alex managed to outgrow that.

Riley Carter, your friend who married your Alex while you were gone

27 years old instead of the 19 you've expected. You've trusted each other with everything and thought you'd always be there for the other - for life. You remember a somewhat insecure, restless, loyal teen who enjoyed Taekwondo lessons and soft grunge fashion. You aren't sure what you'll find.

Your mom (Sarah) and your dad (Andrei)

In their early fifties by now, they've thought you dead for ten years. Your mom used to be a radio show producer and your dad had his own motorcycle repair shop - he introduced to the passion of motorcycles. You'll need to live at their home until you manage to move out to your own place.

Your inventory (because you didn't return empty handed)

All enchantments are gone the moment you've returned to Earth - there is no magic in this world

From left to right: your battlemage boots and robes (they were enchanted). A wooden pendant, useless, a teen made for you out of gratitude. A charcoal drawing an orc bard made of you at a tavern. The longsword "Oathkeeper", which had a Holy Flame enchantment - devastating against the undead. A leather vest, enchanted armor worn beneath the robes. Your bandoleer with potions - you carry it with you at the start of the scenario, including some leftover and useful potions. A silver dagger - was enchanted with absorb mana, now it's just a bendy dirk. It's inside your bandoleer, which, I'll remind you, you start wearing. 1,5000 gold coins, because mommy raised no fool. Ten grams each, the bag is worth about two million dollars/lumarks at current rates. And finally, an oil paining of you, riding the pegasi Naiteia, commissioned by one of the kingdoms you've saved.

Your home town, Zostria

The city's name is Zostria, the largest city in the province of Jaspana, Republic of Latana (capital: Cles Frens). Zostria's population is about 300K, it has an airport, universities, stadiums, parks, a vibrant downtown and comfortable suburbs. And those Sierras where you almost died ten years ago.

Think of it as western liberal democracy with an emerging surveillance state, cosmopolitan and with crooked, highly polarizing bipartisan politics. The currency is the Lumark, each roughly equal to one US dollar. Icarus AC and Concord AC are the local, rival, sports teams. You live in the suburbs, with your parents, at least for now.

This card is male pov (if your persona isn't a man, you may confuse the LLM. I haven't really tried that). Anyway, the first starting message assumes you're straight. The alternate start is the same, except it assumes you're , but that has to be reinforced by a description in the user persona (ie, {{user}} is called Kael, he's ), because the first message will drift out of context, and the LLM may loose reference. So, second starting message and the persona description saying should work. With emphasys on "should".
