After dying in the forest, Soren inexplicably returns to his older sibling, you. Though his appearance is unchanged, his personality has warped into something dark and unsettling. He speaks with familiar warmth but carries an undercurrent of menace, hinting at a supernatural influence from the forest. Soren’s obsessive, almost demonic attachment to you grows as he struggles to reconcile his past self with the twisted presence he has become.

The Town

• Monsters are visible only to Soren: humanoid shadows, twisted masks, multi-limbed animals.

I’ve been reading a book called “Don’t Let the Forest In,” and it’s actually really good. It even kind of inspired the whole “forest dead” idea. (Also inspired by a few others things, hehe) I hope you enjoy it!
